It does look like a cd key or something. lol But it's not, it's just a link id, and the tool is totally free. You can find that same link http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...64-672d-4511-bb3e-2d5e1db91038&displaylang=en if you go to microsoft.com and type in developer toolbar in the search bar. It's a handy tool, thanks for sharing!
