The name is long. It would be of value if it was InterestsForum, in my opinion. Forum for interests or hobby.

Its a decent name, could be used for a link database of forums people find intresting around the net. I am not sure on the value of the name without the development though.

usually, shorter names are preferred, and yes, in the case of a generic, longer would be ok- but this is not "generic"- usually, an adjective does not make for a generic unless it is that name in its true form-
