Hello there!

I wonder if anyone knows an application or a dreamweather plugin which allows to make pupup descriptive messages which will appear when a site visitor moves his cursor over a picure or highlighted text.. For examples of this please visit http://www.netflix.com/BrowseSelection?lnkctr=nmhbs&nfse=Y and place your mouse pointer over one of the dvd images...
