Recently had a pretty good offer for this domain from an end-user. Still not sure if I'll sell based off of the potential of this name. Curious what feedback in terms of value I get from this forum.

Thanks!

You have a very popular (60M+ Google Results) Dictionary Word. It has an Alexa ranking just inside 7M. I can think of several possible uses for this domain. The only downside is an extremely low Word Tracker of 6/day.

I wouldn't take less than low $XX,XXX for this domain.

Great research. Thank you!

I would say the same low $xx,xxx as well. It's a very good dictionary generic name. If you can wait, generic names tend to go higher and higher each passing year. But if the current offer is very good for it's current market value and you really need the money, I say go for it.

Shoot higher! Integration technology is the future IMO.

High $xx,xxx - $xxx,xxx

Im not disagreeing because Im not familiar with this tech sector but google trends shows a fairly consistent downward momentum.

Any explanation from someone in the know?
Its top region shows Jamaica by a large margin (???)

In any case this is a great name that would interest a big money tech company.

If I needed the money, I would. I really like this name, and it's development potential. I can't think of a better name for a social network, which is the source of this recent offer. I countered with a higher figure, and we'll see if they accept. They can certainly afford it.

Thanks again for the input!

Good plan! I think that you know what you are doing ;) Certainly this one word domain can produce a mid $xxx, xxx + sale. One of my first domains had the word integrate in it, wish I never sold it..

Best of luck!

Its also important to not forget money in your hand, or as it is nowadays bank, is better then a supposed value on the domain. So if you get low to mid xxx,xxx you should take it.

I think this is a valid point. I think anything over low $XXX,XXX is a fair price for this.
