Insurewithus is way better. It looks like one of that domains that looks great but that in reality doesn't have so much market appeal. Personally I would't buy it even for less than reg fee, anyway you still have a small chance to make a good sale (https://namebio.com/?s==cDN4ETOxkjM). With this domain you might be lucky and make a low XXXX sale. Anyway this way of domain investing isn't profitable in the long run (too many odds against you).
My appraisal taking into account the probability to sell is low XX.
