Been getting alot of keen interest in this domain over the last 48 hrs.

I will hold until I get an offer I feel comfortable with and, in the meantime, try to aim at the high end user market, like high end art/culture or high end academics. The importance and relevance of the word seems to do well on the international scale.

UPDATE >> Received about 15 offers over the last 3 days. I think the keyword "Institut" has a wide appeal as it can be easily marketed to 4 different audiences/markets.
