Instant affiliate shops

Hi,
I want to create a instant affiliate shop, I know of partners such as tradedoubler, cj etc but I want one that can create an instant shop for a specific geographic area.

I like what you can do at http://www.zanox.com/ but they havent got back to me even after a few emails so I have given up.

telebay offers this opportunity. I have taken one domain that I was going to let expire and used it for my mall. You dont need a domain to open one and its all free too.
