Hi, Any appraisal on this name? I am planning to develop a websites which offer installment payment terms or any related business model.

In U.S., installments means paying a loan or a financed purchase.
It doesn't sound quite right as a singular - one payment. Installments is better.

To develop such a site, you either need to have a lot of money, or have partner(s) with money.
To my ear, the .me takes away from the cachet of the keyword.
I would value at low to mid $xx.
