With regard to maximizing valuations for one's domains, this is the *best* thing that one can do, consistently over time IMHO.

the real "kicker" is that I gained ownership of InkKit.com by (last Christmas) offering to donate toys to the needy in Mexico.. the domain owner was willing to turn over the name in exchange for toys..
