i personally dont think TM issues Jeff.
Especially with alot of affiliates pushing affiliate programs such as 123inkjets and other printer cartridge related affiliate programs.

Possible, too ... that's why I said "likely", above. Is there a TM at:
www.uspto.gov

And, are sites as you mentioned in a licensing agreement to sell these products? Will the perception of an eventual TM issue hinder the domain's chances in resale. This was all part of MY thought process with the Appraisal (and it's a ".net"), as I see it.

i dont think so Jeff, maybe licencing agreements but really i couldn't tell you.
If you search google or wherever, you'll see what i mean by affiliates using inkjet-cartridges-brother-canon.com etc, domains like that.
If they chose to "clamp" down, then there's another story i suppose.
But will be very difficult, IMO.

I just quickly put up a affiliate site on this, hopefully it will rank soon.. then will probably be able to command more, as i see it.
