That looks familiar, it might even be the one I was looking at last month or so. I remember looking at the whois info, and trying to find out why it has not dropped. It was the first time I saw any trademark info in a whois and thought that may be the case, and kind of forgot about it till I saw this post. I don't remember the domain, but I do remember the whois.

A lot of names were suspended after people claimed trademarks they didn't have rights to during the sunrise.

The problem is if Afilias releases them a lot will be swept up by a single private company. Some do make it past them, but those that do are usually caught by the domain catching companies where they are auctioned. The chances of manually registering the valuable ones are virtually nil.

it expired on the 9th.
give it 30 days grace period +5 days to drop.

simple-
the registrar has paid for 1 extra year (for whatever reason, I am sure you can fill in the blank which is obvious) -
they will try to monetize it until they decide it either worth droping (at anytime they want), or, hold on to it for the year they paid.

It's not tasting. TM related issue but maybe they are not true TM holders. I don't know why the domains are suspended.
