I believe I've recently come across some good .INFO's (definitely remember some .BIZ's) here - in their "Advanced Search" feature:

Regardless of my memory , it's an excellent resource - as is www.whois.sc - for either available/unregistered/dropped domain names, IMHO.

whois.net doesn't include .info's for some reason, but it is still a great resource!
