I'm not much into the 'New extensions' Though I have to admit to owning a couple. I do like 'terminal.one' There is something nice and playful about it. It achieves a little bit more of that instant Visual recognition that something like 'terminalone dot whatever doesn't have' However it doesn't click Verbally as 'Terminal dot one' which is a shame (and lets face I doubt dot 1 (.1) will ever come into existence , so no worries there. Regards Price with these sort of Contrived domains - there really are No existing 'Parameters' to guide you or anyone that wants to help by hazarding a guess. In my Sales I tend to put in quite a good deal of investigative work when I get an enquiry about a Contrived domain. and it usually pays-off. And of course what your happy with is the bottom line ( I doubt anybody here is going to put that ground work in for you) I certainly wouldn't be shy at asking $1,000 . Mind you I once sold a domain for mid $x,xxx only for it to hit Rons DN Journal at high $XX,XXX the same year - ol it's a lovely game we play

It's usually down to Examining all those existing Reg's (including all the cctld's, particularly any recent ones) to come-up with who really wants to own - and feels they may have missed the boat.- then step it up to the whys and wherefores - sometimes it comes together in 30 minutes (on a good day)
