Indiana has 20+ Golf courses, so excellent domain if developed.

May i pls have the Appraisals for the same.

I am not sure how you are getting that many Google Results.

Results 1 - 10 of about 1,440,000 for "indiana golf"
Results 1 - 10 of about 174,000 for "indianagolf"

Even without quotes

Results 1 - 10 of about 12,300,000 for indiana golf.

Indiana is not really famous for their golf courses, or as a tourist destination.
Most golf courses would prefer their own course name as a domain.

The term is taken in COM/NET/ORG

As a reseller it is probably worth mid - high $XX. I think developed it has more value.

Thanks bmugford for your valuable inputs...com and .org are taken and developed so my domain indianagolf.net has good potential as the second best extension after .com, thats what i think.

Avid golfer and Indiana is not a golf destination so I agree mid xx to anyone but maybe one of the golf courses in Indiana but since there is 20 and they probally use there own names as a website and probally dont want a .net . DOT Com really only works for these types of names.
