I built this site so I'll let you know the answer.

When I owned this site, I had a domain on my hosting account, designnoobs.com.
If I wanted to add a new one it would cost me $20. So I couldn't add IncreaseCTR.com. I redirected IncreaseCTR.com to Designnoobs.com and the site was essentially on designnoobs.com.

The site content and design are unique.
