I need to sell IncorporateEasy.com as soon as possible. The site is not currently making any money, because we turned off the ability to place orders. It has some pretty good programming and decent pagerank.

If someone here has an existing partnership with an accounting firm or law firn, they would be able to process the incorporations for you.

You can make a lot of money, but the top spots in search engines are very competitive, and I was never able to get high enough to bring in more than about $1000/month in orders.

Right now, I will consider any serious offer and may be able to let it go at a low price. Oh, it brings in about $50/month from ads right now.

If you'll check the first post now, I've added screen shots. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post Adsense data, but I can tell you that the first post is pretty accurate with regard to ad revenue data.
