I will be selling this site for the best price I can get.
It is ranked (right now) for the word incorporate
#10 on Google
#7 on Yahoo and MSN
Currently it earns about about $1600 in revenue per month of which between 1/3 and 1/2 is profit.

If a ranking in the top 5 were achieved, it would be earn much more.

Yes, I can provide proof. Depending on the purchase, the profit is between 1/3 and 1/2. An accounting or law firm MUST process the transactions.

Wow... Nice numbers on that. I'd say high XXXX with that revenue, maybe even low-mid XXXXX to the right buyer. How long have those stats been coming up for the site?

I'd estimate that a top 3-5 ranking would easily triple your profits.

It's a nice domain, I'd say it's worth low-mid $xx,xxx, and certainly wouldn't sell for less.

Thanks for you replies...can anyone give me advice on what I should do to find a buyer?

It can out of the sandbox about 3 months ago and landed in the top 15. Over the last 3 weeks it landed in the top 10.

You can always list on Sedo. Seems that there are a lot of tire kickers on there, though, so I might not get your hopes up too high.

Also, they have a $10,000 limit unless the site is appraised higher. May not be an issue for you, but still worth a mention nonetheless.

I've got a couple of business partner that will have to talk to once I have a serious offer. I would expect the minimum would be $10000, but I am thinking we can get more than that.

I'm still learning about search results and how sites get moved up in rankings, is it solely based on traffic?
