i had readed google terms that they dont allow incentive based sites then how does this site got the adsense

i dont know how to report to them and still dont know if they are voilating terms of service of google

they are NOT paying people to click on Google ads, but the position of the ads are misleading enough to lead unsuspecting people to click on their ads

they are not paying to click but the main thing is paid to click site
as google already told they dont allow incentive based sites traffic

:imho: the placement is good but the popup covers the google ad and is hindered from being seen.

when i asked them they said they dont allow incentive sites to accept if this is a good site then i too start a site because more visitors will come to the site
