Anyway I found that there is some plane named IN234 from Naval Aviation Museum, Goa, India if that has any value

Nope, not really helpful for its value.

Personally, I'd just let it go and take the regfee loss. But, if you want a chance at selling it, call it a "brandable domain," mock up a logo for it, and auction it off.
