Well, if this is supposed to be brandable, I would see value as .com or if the .com would be developed, then I think this "could" have some value for the .com owner

For the time being I think $0, unless the .com onwer could be interested

Just my opinion, I hope you receive more opinions

And I want to clarify that I didn't make a deep research for possible interested people other than the .com owner, so my thought was based in the expressed considerations

If they would give a clear price for the .COM you might be able to convince someone the .NET is better because you would sell it to them so much cheaper..

I don't see this name selling for more than maybe $100 to an end user. You could google "baby company" and see quite a few developed websites with baby company in their name. You could contact them and try to pitch for $100 to them but then again, you may drive some of them to visit the .COM and see that one is for sale too..

Your best bet would be to search for owners of domain names with babyCompany / Babyco in their names and some prefixes/suffixed added to that name.

If i had the .com, i wouldn't be interested in other extensions.
But if i had somethink like this:

savannahbabyco.com/
bellinghambabycompany.com/

I might have bought the babyco.net from you for low xxx (maybe).
