As you may have seen in some of my posts, I own the site

Theo Walcott is a young English footballer, who has recently leapt in notoriety since his call up to the world cup squad at an early age. Although the site has been around a while, it is very simple and there is not a great deal of content. It is currently a pr2, but is falling down the pages of google as it can't compete with other related sites in its current form. Basically, I want to make some money off of this site and believe the time is now to get it ready for the world cup.
Prior to me taking it over and moving it, the site did feature several rss/news feeds which I think helped SEO, so this would be something I would like to be implimented again. The adsense is not positioned or optimised particularly well etc either.
I am looking for offers to assist in the improvement of the site, and also ideas of how it could generate the most revenue. I can't spend $xxxx on the site as I don't have it, but my budget will be fair for the work being proposed.

Finally, time is a factor as I would like it doing as quick as possible to capitalise on the world cup.
