Import script needed USD 10+

I need a custom import script to import members of wordpress blog to invision power board 2.0.4.
The members of the blog should be imported as "Members"
I simply need the import script and not integration
Willing to give USD 10 or can be negotiated
It is simple as i got info from some other websites, as it is quite easy to do with ipbsdk
