I have an idea for one of my sites. Basically it is like imagefap or hidebehind. an image uploading site that is free to be viewed by everyone and the users put up the content.

what software do they use? or what software out there is similar to that?

Its probably a custom script. BTW, those are both NSFW sites for those of you who may be viewing from work.
