Question about free image hosting

Im starting my own free image hosting site (users do have option to pay for better options though) and I'm trying to decide over three options.

Here they are:
1) Add a watermark to each image that the users upload
2) Make it so that when people link to their images, it comes up on an html page with a few ads around it.
3) Encorporate both and let people choose which they wanna do.

What do you guys think would be the best idea? I want to make my users happy, but I still need to pay the bills!

IMO if the are using the free service,You should put "Hosted By" underneth the pic and make it html coded.

no.. make the free uploaded images with 15 days inactivity change to your own image(eg. Your Picutre has been deleted,go to image.com to upload it agan) or somethin like that

Dosn't that just cause a total inconvenience to my members? That would be a whole lot of free advertising for me though.....

I would'nt do the delete thing,That will hack people off in a hurry and be more trouble to you than it's worth IMO.They will have two choices as to saving thier file right? One to save and upload to thier site,Forum ect,And the other copy and paste Html code.I would only enforce the **Hosted By** If they choose HTML.That should be simple, and not a big hassle for you IMO,Just MO

Nono, you read that wrong. All of the images will be uploaded to my server. I'm trying to decide the best way of displaying the images.

Thats what I was leaning more towards. I honestly don't want to mess up their images at all by putting on a watermark. Thanx
