Image Hosting Script

Well I am looking to start a free image hosting site and I need a script with the following features:

1. Ability to delete images by xx days of inactivity
2. Ability to create paid accounts via paypal
3. Ability to manage and delete uploads
4. Ability to show bbcode for every image uploaded to the user
5. Preferablely free but I would be willing to spend about $30.

I found one at http://www.freekrai.net/article/Image-Hosting-Script/ but if someone is using I would apreciate your comments on it.

Did you try CeleronDude script ? I can do some modifications you need for $30 or less, depending the celerondude script version you decide to use...

Thanks guys and I would use celerondude's script but I want to have the ability to add paid accounts too.
