Image gallery

I want to make an image gallery for my vacation, and I want to make it so that I have the images in the middle of my template, and I want to be able to flip through the images one by one using right and left facing arrows, without the whole page having to load. If anyone can help me with the code, I would appreciate it.

I use http://gallery.menalto.com if you need an install I have done this one MANY times over and can help you out, hope this helps :D
