I have let all my names drop except for 3 or 4. I have had PriceReducedHomes.com for 2 or 3 years. It is the #1 spot on page one of Google and #3 spot on page one of Yahoo. (Under the search "price reduced homes") I THINK that most people are looking for "price reduced homes" nowadays and there is more value with this name (or site) than "new listings aka "just listed" sites.
THere is money in real estate referrals (especially if youre an agent, you can get 20-40% referral fee per transaction.) I was investing $10-$20 a month on Google and MSN but I got a little overwhelmed with keeping track of my leads and following up with agents. Is there any value to this site? I made it with GoDadddy software. I have 3 kids and a fulltime teaching job. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I give it another shot or leave it to the pros?

Well, personally, I think the more likely search would be "reduced price homes" or "reduced price house".

On top of that, your website looks like a one page spam address information collector. If it were me, I would redesign it blog style with update news and articles.

Finally, your agents should be paying you for the leads when you give leads to them. That is the way it normally works. If you have to track down a real estate agent to collect a past due bill, you will be spending more in gas then they probably pay you. I have done leads before, and I always told the agents that they would get x amount of leads for xx amount of dollars. Paid on delivery. A few tried the "Every lead that produces a result will get you a kick back of xxx", and I told them that I would be selling instead to their fellow agents who wouldn't do that. Worked quite well.

just don't quit, there are more ideas for it, or drop it and go for another one.

Hello Sam, don't know much about real estate but perhaps THIS
may be of some help to you.

Also, for around $25.00 give or take you can get somebody from here to make a nice logo/banner for you for your site.

Also You can get a wordpress theme like this or others for instance http://www.osskins.com/main/wordpress/free-wordpress-theme-real-estate-ceo/2008/07/12
for FREE and just use godaddy's hosting or you can integrate it with your website tonight builder if it has fantastico (I think?) ask.

Some great advice in this thread, Sam. I'd follow it, then re-evaluate in six months, or so. I think you'll see great improvement. Good luck.

This being your first post I would say you're giving up too quickly. Stick around the forums for a while and you'll learn enough to be successful in the industry.

Thanks for that site CHILLY. Very Cool. I appreciate the guidance. This field is not easy for someone with a "limited" computer background. I know my site looks kinda crappy but it's the best I could do on my own. I realize there is a lot of trial & error invlolved in any venture. THis site is a huge "find" for me. Lots of brains to help me out. THANKS!
