GeoDomain Trademarkable words?

Hi All,

Been around the domaining scene since 2000, never too intense, just bought and sold here and there but recently, with the litigation laws that are current and added everyday, is it possible to get in trouble for selling a geodomain with a service business at the end of it such as
(city name)+Doctors*com? or (city name) + homes * com?

I know homes*com is a huge company, just curious to see how it works?

several million people would be in violation of TM law if what you are suggesting would be the case.

Even a non geo domain like BuyHomes.com or NiceHomes.com would be ok.
