I'd like to team up with a front end designer. You should be able to make a pretty website that works in all browsers (meaning you can convert your layouts to html/css).

I've noticed that as a freelance PHP guy working from home, I usually get jobs doing administrative backend stuff. Whereas if I'm working closely with a designer, I get the opportunity to have more fun in my projects.
