So, I had a good expiernece (decent is a better word) with getting a developer from FetAFreeLancer.com for one of my projects. So i decide to get another one.... wow - the 2nd one is terrible.

The first issue was the script needed to run at 1and1 - he said he couldnt do that. After we have problems running the script everywhere we try. He says he can make it work at 1and1 for more money! LoL! Thats what you were supposed to do to begin with!!!!!

Ahhh... just venting my frustration. I will have to be a little more careful about who I select for my projects. This one is turning into a fiasco.

Venting for you maybe, but good feedback and experience for a newbie-
I hope it helps you to succeed in the future!

scriptlance is generally the place most decent types hang out - maybe try there next time :)

Thanks Badger - I will look into them to have this script re-written. LoL.

I have had problems getting freelancers as well. They claim they know more than the rest of the competition, but quite a bit of the time they are full of hot air. I hear your frustration and completely understand.

Thanks Brian. I'm already over it and pretty much this project. Thats what happens when it takes 1 month to do something that shouldve only taken 2-3 days. Ahh well. Time for project #3 - we'll see how GAF fairs on this next round.
