Reg fee value here in my opinion for domain alone. Best idea here is to develop it into a 2012 Presidential site tracking President Obama and show poll value and such. If you are willing to put in the time, I could potentially see $100-200 for it but it must get Google ranked and bring in decent traffic then you should try to sale it on Flippa.
