domain iLayouts.net w/ traffic

Its gotten 4 $.03 clicks.

I like it and it does have potential as a good site for layouts, templates, screensavers, backgrounds etc etc etc

The extension does hurt the value a bit but its the next best to .com

The traffic doesnt hurt either

imo, adding an i or e infront of the keyword is already like choosing .net instead of .com and now choosing .net for the extension, it's like .net x 2.

So if .net = 2% of .com's price. The price for this should be the price of layout.com x 2% x 2%. So :imho: , i think this domain have not much value for reseller. But i'm abit suprised that people would actually type in ilayout.net into the address bar unless you are talking about the traffic from previous backlinks and such.

I would put it anywhere from low to mid $xxx. Layouts have a huge demand thanks to myspace and other places. I mean look at freeweblayouts.net it makes a hundred thousand every month from ads! So this could def. be developed into a huge money maker!

I think this domain, if developed correctly, has huge potential. There are so many different markets you could try to sell the domain to, and so many developers that can come up with a lot of different things to market the domain as.

Right now, however, it really is not worth much. I'd say right now, the most you could get from your domain would be a High $XX. If you develop it and advertise it around the correct venues, you could easily pull Mid to High $XXX during it's first 6 months, and possible even really low $XXXX if it's pulling in a lot of revenue and unique hits.

Thats a nice domain and has great potential as for developing. Unfortunately it is .net, but it's still a great name.

Underdeveloped.... High $xx to Mid $xxx

Develop it, and depending on what you do... if you can get some constant traffic it could easily go up to high $xxx :D
