I think it would be a great domain name for a game app (smart phones)

I don't think it is worth much.
The double "i" is unusual and potentially confusing.

The other thing is that developers often don't buy the .com, even for popular games.
They don't need it. The games is free. It's already well known.
I see & want to buy these "great" domains, but I can't see any way to monetize them.

The hard part is looking for a developer that want it. This domain is unpredictable since the end user is someone who has to develop a very specific game for a specific audience this is a huge disadvantage for a reseller since must really work to find a buyer.
Let's add to this the fact I have not seen yet a site exclusively dedicated to the inlay game, this game is too basic to be listed in a site apart and it is featured next to other games on the same site.
Other uses could face TM problems look at the uspto.gov site.
You will have a hard time trying to sell it and probably you will have to renew it before finding a buyer. Not more than reg to low xx is my veredict.
