Just wanted to drop a note here on the great customer service Matt at Ihosty.com gave us today.

I launched a new website today call handmessages.com
Maria Sansone did a profile on it at 9.yahoo.com today and we were #1 there.

Anyways as you can imagine that sent a lot of traffic our way, over 7000 page views in a very short time, we exceeded our bandwidth at about 5pm. I called Matt and he upgraded us and had us back up within the Hour! he actually phone d me at home to let me know we were back up. I did not even have to pay him up front.

Isn't one day a little too early to post? It seems to contrast your post here, http://www.namepros.com/1827655-post15.html where you got support replies 'in days' and you 'Wished they were faster'. I hope this particular thread wasn't solicited... :|

My post is genuine. The other day he did fix my problem fas , I was just very impatient waiting for the DNS to update.

I am very happy how Matt handled this problem. It was very important to me.

You're lucky to have had good experience with iHosty. Then again it's only 1 day. I was one of the less fortunate, that had no emails answered, but get annoyed with 2 billing emails each day from them still. Customer service was absolutely horrible.

I'm doing some work with Matt right now, he hasn't replied to any IM's. His brother did tell me 2 days ago that he came down with the flu.

Still waiting Matt :)

I'm glad someone is happy with ihosty.

They still spam 2 of my emails about 5 times/week looking for "overdue payments"

Customer service is non-existent, unless of course they think you owe them money.

Any questions, comments, suggestions, or complaints will simply be ignored - but you will forever be billed invoices.

i want to know whats up with ihost at the moment, i've sent in 2 support tickets, 1 a week ago, and 1 a day ago, also sent in live support emails and tried live support twice, this is very bad service :|

If you don't like their service, change it for a better one.

people generally post bad reviews...
but nice to see a happy customer giving something to the company apart from money:)
