There is a company in HongKong name Ifs software and they using IFS-software.com. should i approach them.?

Please advice and appraise.

I would put up a holding page with a message saying:

"The owner of the [sitename].com domain can be contacted via e-mail hello@[sitename].com

Don't say it's for sale. If they want it, they'll e-mail you.
