i like using iframes in my wesites, problem i have issues making them resizeable using % for heights, width works but it automatically defaults to 100% of the height of the page. i tried css, inline styles and many other things to fix this, but nothing works. you can view one of the pages as an example at www.housedok.com/main.htm

anyone know how to make the height variable, cause the only way i can make a height stick is by using a static value in px?

the height of the page is dependant on your doctype

100% high pages is not a standard or anything like that but there are ways around it

best thing to do is add this to your head

<style>
body,html
{
height:100%;
}
</style>

that will use css to set the browser window to 100% high then you should be able to set your iframe to 90% high

id recomend using divs instead of iframs much more user freindly
