If you were going to sell a developed site where would you list it?

I mean I can put it up on the old regulars:

NamePros
DNF
Sitepoint
But how about..
Sedo featured?
Afternic?
Ebay???
Smaller websites...
All of the above and more??

This is a site I'd say should fetch in the xx,xxx and I'd spend some $$ for promoting the sale, but where should I list it to have the best chance the right people will see it to get the best possible price?
