4 letter names are not worth much unless they are real words or have good meaning that everyone can identify with. Also, there are tons of better 4 letter combos to be had. Try looking for cvcv at the very least because they are pronouncable. Better yet, look for real words, they are out there. Good luck.

That .mobi is my only 4 letter domain that is not a word. My other domains are genuine words. Currently, yes, there is virtually no use for "iedb", but there could be in the future. Thanks for your advice, I appreciate it! Any other opinions are welcome!

Well If it was a different extension, it could be used for an Internet Explorer plugin Database or something (IEDB). .MOBI does not really work, sorry. Id say you might be able to scrape a few dollars over reg fee, but thats it.

IEDB has good premium letters in it, even if its not pronouncable. Sit on it for an year or two.
Also, remember that IMDB is one of the most popular websites around. I think that might entice some end user (or maybe even the IMDB people) to make a website named IEDB, copying the IMDB naming system.
