I believe this domain has potential to be developed. In the open market this name would not fetch much as it is not a top keyword.

Take the time to find an end user and you could sell it for more.

Yeah, I would have to say undeveloped not much (reg fee +/-), but I would add that I really like the image and think it could be very brandable if developed into a strong gaming site. If you do that you could fetch $xxx with a few members and some solid info.

Hi - thanks for the replies.
Yeah originally I registered the domain with the intention of setting up a games website of some sort...kind of like a blog where I would frequently post new online games available on the internet and review them.
What you've said encourages me to return to the idea...so is it correct that if my site was getting a steady flow of traffic after a while, and I chose to get it valued again, the domain value should have increased? But what about when the new owner buys the domain...obviously then I wouldn't be updating the site anymore and visitors may begin to fall... Sorry if this is obvious and I'm just missing something, but I'm new to all this buying/selling domain stuff

Get a website built which works, promote it, then sell the entire website to the end user. The domain won't be worth any extra in itself (unless there are lots of backlinks to it) but the end user would update the site themselves after purchase.
