IE7 php problems

Anyone have any experience with IE7?

Basically i have a contact form written by myself in php, it works in mozilla and IE6 but for some reason in IE7 the script just times out and generally does not work at all. It kinda tries to open the php file and generally screws up. Has anyone else experienced problems with IE7 and PHP?

The link is http://www.absolutehype.com/contact.htm

The browser doesn't normally have anything to do with the PHP script being executed. This might be a problem with the headers it sends out maybe, but that's very odd. PHP is a server-side component.

That's what I was thinking :P.

If we could have a snippet of your php code we might have a better idea as to what might be happening... But most likely not.

It sounds like just another mistake from MicroSoft :)

Maybe IE7 isn't sending over some required data for your php script that it should be...

lol i use many browsers, personally i use firefox. But i am checking for cross browser compatibility and IE7 is an up and coming browser. I know its still in its beta stages but i just wanted to know if it was just my script or other people are experiencing problems with IE7. The thing is the script works in EVERY other browser. I have also noticed some other php problems on other sites with IE7. Must be a browser problem, checked all my settings and i cant see anything O_o

It is, I am sure of it. Even some Joomla things don't display right in beta.

Yes, that is correct. As of right now I would not be worried about trying to format your site for IE7. There aren't even many articles on how to makes sites IE7 compatible yet. Unless, if you wanted to discover how and publish a site you could make some good money.
