I totally agree with your idea...it will surely hit... i liked it very much...

I would suggest you use WordPress and look into a solution for customizing it into a job board CMS.

Here is one that looks promising... but it's $97

I wrote about YellowPress for a business directory and WPClassified... I think both of those were made by same person and could be customized fairly simply to become a job board.

Thanks for your replies.

Right now I've setup a free jobber app on the host and will make a theme for it.
The WP plugin is good but right now 97$ seems a little too much.

I'll have a look in the article also.
