how about an alcoholic beverage recipe site? i know there's a lot of content (purchaseable and free databases) that's floating out there so starting one shouldn't be hard.

I think you should do a combination of things.

Have it be a liquor niche site, and have liquor recipes and also have alcohol awareness and the benefits/non-benefits of alcohol.

You can satisfy people looking for liquor, recipes or awareness sites.
