domain idea+cart+com - any value?

Hi Guys and Gals,

I would like to hear your thoughts about this brandable.

Facts:

It has been used by 3 different companies:

1: a finance site
2: there was an open source CMS called 'idea/cart'
3: an Arabian site(?)
There is a TM on it (Only for the US)
The TM owner is a huge company who owns this TM since 1997, but they NEVER OWNED THE NAME.
(they have TMed only CLASS 9, which is Electrical and scientific apparatus)

Seems like they are not interested about it (the CMS developers used it for 4-5 years without any problem).

It can be a great name for any crowd sourcing / 'I can invest in your idea', etc site...

Is it a good/bad investment?
I am confused.

depends on why you are considering it

a. to park
b. to resell
c. to develop

it may be best to develop, so potential buyers can get an "idea" of it's viability as a business model.

other than that, you'd be trying to sell an idea
