However, I think your best bet is to develop it into a joke site (bathroom humor perhaps?). Bringing smiles to people's faces is worth more than $10 to $15. Add advertising to your site and I'm sure it will make back the reg. fee and more.

A nifty logo would spice the domain up. Some jokes in relation to the domain name will also give people a better understanding of the website, and maybe bring in some traffic.
