I just hand regged bingo-palace.com and every other main extensions (.net,.org,.info, .co.uk ,.eu , .de ) have been taken already.

So what do you think about this domain name bingo-palace.com . Any potential value and how much will it worth

wow..I never knew that. But why is it that every other extensions have been taken and one or two is used as redirection to other bingo site. Could it be that people are aware of the TM issue and claerly stayed away from bingo-palace.com . What is the time limit in order to grace delete it and get a refund.

More likely is that Bingo-Palace.com dropped at some point and became available to register again. Grace deletion for a refund is possible at GoDaddy within 5 days of registration although it's not advertised and is not guaranteed. Follow this procedure if you wish to attempt it:

1. Log in to your GoDaddy.com account.

2. Look in the thick black menu bar on the left. Near the bottom you will see 'Payments and Renewing Items.' Click on this.

3. Search for the order for this domain in the list that will appear. Ensure that it's the right domain or you might accidentally cancel a product you wanted to keep.

4. Place a check mark in the box to the left of the domain and click the 'Cancel Item' button at the top. Once you have done this, choose 'Cancel Now' from the list of options that will appear on the right.

5. Click on the support link at the bottom of the page and send an email to GoDaddy support. Explain that you registered the domain in error and would be very grateful for a refund. You should have their response within 24 hours and the refund, if granted, should be applied within 7 working days.

To the OP:

One note I might add is to include the reason for deletion and request
for refund to be:

"TM violation" Explain that you were unaware of the TM and do not want
to be in violation and that you respectfully request a refund. I've been
told, confidentialy, this is automatic unless abused. Don't abuse it.
