Just got this:

There is a pending transfer of the Cloud Group Accreditation to UK-2 Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom and whose registered office address is Old Truman Brewery, 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6QL, United Kingdom.

As a result of such transfer your domains will be managed under the UK-2 Limited’s ICANN accreditation.

In addition, any pre-existing/current agreements with Cloud Group Limited will be transferred to UK-2 Limited. If you do not wish to maintain such agreement(s) with UK-2 Limited you may transfer your domain(s) to another registrar of your choice within the next two weeks.

I am guessing that they are just making it so that the domains will be under a company name that their customers are more familiar with, UK2 instead of Cloud Group.
