Yes this domain would be very good for a cc company or a chargeback company.

The domain would be worth low $xxx undeveloped and high $xxx or low $xxxx if deevloped.

Good domain name for a credit card charge back type Web site. A forum about chargebacks would definitely work.

I appraise iCancelled.com for high $xx- low $xxx

eCancelled.com is currently available for registration (although I think that in this scenario iCancelled.com definitely works better than eCancelled.com)

chargeback site, with info about all CC providers and how to actually manage to charge back/dispute. should make for a nice site. ALSO, the never ending story about AOL and other providers not canceling someones ISP even though the user asked for it numerous times,...and such.
