I would say low $xxx -In my opinion you should develop it into a blog site/community and have it grow a bit - then sell it.

Wait for more than three hours to bump.

Nice domain, I'd set up a free blog hosting service like Blogger. Undeveloped, high $xx.

It was expired

I bought it at an expired auction but Godaddy just transfered it today. It has to go through a waiting period so the previous owner can have the option to reclaim. The bad part is I don;'t get the full year, it about six weeks short of a year. Can anybody explain that to me?

I would say high $XX. Would be worth a lot more if you had the .com.

When you win an expired auction domain, the price of a new renewal is added to the final price ($8.99). I would imagine it should start from the date you purchased it, but maybe they start it from the date they purchased it. I'm fairly certain that once it expires, they purchase it and list it in the auction for sale. That's probably what happened, they probably start the renewal from the time they purchased it, which is sort of cheap on their part, but this is America and any way to make a few extra bucks :)

I'd pay $100 right now for it. Let me know if you're interested.

GreatDomains.com

I've submitted dozens of names to GreatDomains.com all turned down. Let's see if they take this one. Place your bets here on this thread :hehe: They currently have iblog.com and iblog.net together, listed for $250,000. Of course these are developed with traffic. I know they offered to list iblogs.net last year but the previous owner turned them down. I got that info from this forum:

http://www.namepros.com/144127-grea...t-accepted-denied-2.html?highlight=iblogs.net

If they turn me down on this one I'm gonna think it's personal. So what's your thought YES or No?

The registrar (GoDaddy in this case) only has the power to renew it by year - they can't simply add a few weeks to the expiry date, which is controlled by the registry.

Only real expired domains that are released back the registry (rare these days) are renewed for a full year from the moment of re-registration.

IMHO the way GoDaddy do things is dodgy - they actually auction the name before they even have the right to sell it!

Nice name, by the way! I have iBlogs.org and Blogs.org

High $XX to Low $XXX undeveloped. The "s" lowers it but with link building and free / ad supported blogging then it could have real value.
