I'm sorry but .name is one of the worst of extensions. I would have to say regfee - low xx for this one

If developed properly, the domain name doesent count all that much (unless its a generic wonder), but you should in principal avoid acquiring such extensions. If youve just started, concentrate on getting .com, .net, .org's and probably good one word .info's. Its just my opinion, but these atleast have "some" value of the name is right

I have a bunch of domain names, but i knew that if the domain is a keyword like bet it doesn`t matter the extension ... and ibet means internet bet or something like that.
