Hi, in the case of the .us extension it would be the presidental inauguration!

It can have some value and it is good now also that it is in .us extension as there are now upcoming presidential elections in US. But imo the domain should be resold now, so new buyer can use it for something related to it. If not resold now, then again in 4 years it would be actual

1. Don't buy .us domains anymore. 2. Don't buy domain name that an education person doesn't know. 3. There is no number three, but it feels like there should be . Appraisal conclusion: It will never sell.

A quick public sales record search finds no ‘inauguration’ or wider net ‘inaugura’ root name sales. That’s not necessarily bad but it ain’t good. As an aside, advice for any students out there who run across an ‘education person’ who doesn’t know the word inauguration … change classes.

I live in the dc area and we definitely get a lot of tourism during that time, so I was thinking (hoping) there could be some commercial purpose in that regard. Maybe a platform for people finding a place to stay, etc. I do get what you're sayimg though and appreciate the appraisal!
